Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a session using the Request a Consultation form, Book Online, or by e-mailing me at Brianne@Sagewell-llc.com. I will reach out to you within 24 hours to learn more about what you are looking for in order to ensure we are a good fit. 
 

2. Do you offer video or phone appointments?

I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. Currently, I only offer telehealth therapy services to residents of Indiana. Telehealth sessions are held through a secure video conferencing platform. At this moment, I do not offer phone appointments.
 

3. Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently paneled with the following insurance carriers:

  • Cigna 

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Indiana

  • Aetna

Please verify your insurance benefits and copay before your first appointment. I do accept payment via HSA/FSA cards. Please know that you are ultimately responsible for payment of the full fee, regardless of insurance costs/benefits.
 

4. Do you prescribe medications?

No, I do not prescribe medication. However, if you feel that it could be beneficial to you, I may recommend collaborating with a psychiatrist or other prescribing professional and in this, I am happy to provide referrals.
