Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. What they truly want is to feel grounded, connected, and more trusting of themselves.

I offer a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with who you are. I use brain and body-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness—tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I’ll always explain new modalities and never push anything you're uncomfortable with.

I’ve practiced EMDR since 2021 and became certified in 2023. My holistic approach looks at the whole person—including sleep, movement, nutrition, and environment—as essential parts of healing.
