Service Description

The purpose of this session is to gather detailed information about you, your background and your history. Although there is no pressure to disclose things you are not ready to, the more I know, the better I can help. This session allows me to begin to understand you and it helps shape the course of treatment. Also during this time, you are able to ask any questions you have about the consent paperwork and the therapy process. At the end, we will talk about frequency of sessions.
